Introducing a Skier’s Paradise, new to the Tacoma Village community. Located across the highway from Purgatory Resort base village, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath tri-level townhome is brand new (2023) and perfect for multiple families. Enjoy spectacular views of the Purgatory slopes or Engineer, Needles and Potato Mountains. This property is conveniently located near scenic trails, a serene lake, Durango Nordic center and Purgatory ski lifts.
Located directly across highway 550 from the Purgatory Ski Resort entrance. The home is nestled in national forest between downtown Durango (30-minute drive) and the picturesque town of Silverton (30-minute drive).
The home is part of the resort so there is access to a free, on-demand shuttle service for the ski lifts and Nordic center. For an extra fee (4% resort fee) you can have access to the resort amenities including a comprehensive gym, a heated pool and hot tub.

Beautiful home convenient to Purgatory

A gorgeous, newly built condo across the highway from Purgatory. The condo had everything we needed to be welcomed for the week - no skimping on shampoo and toilet paper like so many VRBOs. It was incredibly comfortable for our group with plenty of room to spread out in the evening. The only hiccup was the shuttle service and their new app which did not work for us - but a quick phone call or waving the shuttle driver down did the trick. It would make far more sense for the shuttle to just drive the loop regularly during peak hours and have people call (or use the app if it is fixed) for non-peak pick ups.
