During the pandemic I sailed the 30 ft Pearson from Charleston down to the Exumas in the Bahamas. It was an amazing adventure I was able to spend with friends and family. Now it's time that someone else gets to enjoy the boat and the bahamas. Ideally someone who is looking to get away for the winter can purchase the boat and enjoy everything the islands have to offer.

What makes this property unique

Opportunity to purchase a sailboat already in the bahamas and enjoy the warm crystal clear waters of the exumas with a place to rest your head every night in a new anchorage
