This is a cozy 2 story townhome that has recently been updated with new paint, floors and furnishings. The Lightrail is a few blocks away, I-225 and I-25 are very easily accessible. The Denver Tech Center is less than a 5 minute drive. Downtown Denver is only a 20 minute drive. This comfortable 900 sq ft townhome comes with everything you need. There is one dedicated parking spot in the common garage and plenty of parking on the surface lots. This is a quiet community with park like grassy areas and plenty of trees. 30 Day minimum stay. small pet considered with a $200 pet fee. I am a superhost on other booking platforms, I am new to VRBO
