This bright and cheerful getaway for two is located one block from the beach, minutes from launching your kayak at Alley 3, and easy walking to
restaurants and shopping. Located in the renovated maid's quarters of the Cole Cottage, this cozy retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway for two, a kayaking weekend, a snowbird escape, or just a laid back retreat from everyday life.

You can grab the complimentary beach chairs and relax on the beach; sit and visit in either of two outdoor sitting areas, play ping-pong or Foosball in the game area, or kickback and read your favorite book. If you choose not to cook or grill local seafood, then you only have to walk a short distance to enjoy one of Tybee's wonderful restaurants. If sight seeing is a desire Historic Savannah is an easy 30 minute drive.

So leave your cares at the Bull River Bridge; come to the Cole Cottage Too on Tybee Island; and create memories you will long remember....

Perfect romantic weekend

The property was super cute and even though it's under the main house, it felt very private. The property was within walking distance of great restaurants and nightlife. We would definitely return. and nightlife.

Relaxing stay

Very cozy cottage and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. Gus was very helpful with answering our questions and I enjoyed our conversations. The cottage was very relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay. Laundry usage was a big plus. My wife and I hope to stay here again someday.

Great Stay.

Our first night we took a short bike ride to the Back River Beach along the bike trail and watched the sunset. We were close to the beach and grocery right around the corner. Gus was very helpful with questions we had and answered quickly. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cole Cottage Too… Gus was a great host from start to finish… Mother Nature was not the kindest but we enjoyed exploring the restaurants and shops of Tybee. My husband made some cool Island Art and I enjoyed taking time out to read… also happy the Catholic Church was within walking distance as we were there at the beginning of Lent … some much appreciated R&R and no snow… thank you Gus

Cozy at Tybee

The property was the perfect size for my husband and myself. It is located in a pleasant neighborhood just a block from the beach. The house was bright and cheerfully decorated, and communication with the host was excellent. Lemon and Loper, the orange cats, were sweet felines. We would highly recommend this cozy little place!

Quiet weekend

Place had everything we needed for the 2 of us..I was skeptical because the owners lived upstairs but it was very private and they never bothered us, and they were very responsive to texts

Great Spot

We loved our stay at this property. Everything was just as described and Gus our host was extremely helpful. We will plan to stay here in the future as it is walking distance to all of downtown.

Perfect getaway for our 33rd Anniversary

Tybee island vacation

A quiet little place it is small and a bit outdated but I believe it added to the aesthetic of it the bed and couch was not as clean as I would be comfortable with hair on the couch and the bed on the White linens there was some discoloration so I was lucky and brought some spare bedding stuff and slept on top of sheets and was perfectly comfortable but honestly I liked the place and I spoke to the owner and he was amazing and kind and for the price I paid look I was not expecting the ritz Carlton so two gripes is not big deal in my book

Anniversary Weekend

Everything was wonderful. Gus, our host encouraged us to call him anytime if we had any questions. I encourage you to check out AJ’s restaurant and make your reservation so you will be there during sunset. It was breathtaking.

Perfect location

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It’s perfect for a weekend trip. Quiet and comfortable, short distance to the beach, also the part it’s closer to was less crowded than near the pier so that was nice. Walkable distance to the main area of shops and restaurants as well! Overall wonderful and would stay here again

Couple's Retreat to Tybee

Gus was absolutely fantastic! I had some issues with VRBO before leaving and he called to reassure me and my partner that we were squared away for our trip. Then upon arrival he was an incredibly gracious host in offering us suggestions on places to eat and things to check out as well on the island. Gus even has a stray cat, Lemon Drop, that would greet us every day, which was a delight for my partner. We definitely have talked about coming back and would love to rent the space if it is available to us again!!

So Cute!

Loved out little cabin! Gus was so sweet and checked on us! It’s close to everything and super close to the beach that was not very crowded! Plus Lemon the cat made us feel so welcome!

Tybee stay

Perfect location, right next to the market, and just a short walk to the beach. Close to downtown full of shops, bars and restaurants. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Being able to use the beach chairs and wagon to walk to the beach made all the difference! My husband and I loved staying here. Gus was so lovely and helpful. Lemon the cat was adorable!! Would stay here again!
