Hurricane Helene Update: HUGE UPDATE! - Fortunately Tradewinds Unit #30 at the beautiful Tradewinds Community on Bradenton Beach was blessed to be spared from any damages from the recent devastation caused by the historic storm surge Hurricane Helene brought as the unit was elevated high enough to avoid any flooding. Tradewinds #30 is available and able to be booked as the unit had no water or storm damage. We welcome guests to inquire with any questions. Welcome to Tradewinds Cottage #30, an adorable vacation cottage with a shared pool and community walk-out dock! This home features one bedroom and one bathroom and is the perfect spot for a fantastic Anna Maria Island getaway. Tradewinds is ideally situated right between the Gulf beaches and Palma Sola Bay. Grab your swimsuits and fishing poles for the vacation of a lifetime.

Located in the popular community of Tradewinds on Beautiful Bradenton Beach, Florida. After spending the day at the beach or by the pool, unwind in the living area. Watch your favorite shows or grab a quick nap on the couch before heading out to dinner. Prepare tasty snacks in the fully equipped kitchen and play a card game at the kitchen table that seats four. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room allows this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom to feel like so much more and provides plenty of space.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with premium quality linens for an effortless nights sleep after a perfect day at the beach. Additionally, the master bedroom offer an ensuite bathroom.

Unwind on the covered deck while sitting in the Psilvam Adirondack Chairs enjoying the breeze from the bay all the way to the gulf. The outdoor living space is simply peaceful and will leave you wishing your vacation never had to end.

The community offers a fun outdoor entertainment area with a picnic table and charcoal grill perfect for grilling and cooking out which is conveniently located right on the side of the unit. The community of Tradewinds offers many amenities such as outdoor showers that makes washing sand off a breeze, a large (seasonally heated) community pool overlooking the Bay, a community dock for guests to walk out on to enjoy the sunset/sunrise or fishing off of as well as a industrial ice maker for guests to filler their coolers for a fun day at the beach or pool and deeded beach access just steps away.
