You re steps away from the beach, and a couple minutes drive to Walmart Neighborhood Market, Publix, Surf Style s popular Splash Pad and several popular restaurants.
Pardon the progress!! Summer House is getting a gorgeous update with new windows, balcony coverings, new rails, all new paint on the building exterior, and amenity and common area updates! The work to the balconies and rails is completed on building B, but work will continue on building A through the spring. During this time, the exterior pool will remain closed. The indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, and boardwalk to the beach will all be open during this time. Construction is expected to complete at the end of May with the pool opening for Memorial Day weekend.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.
What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
