You are walking distance to downtown, restaurants & the beach. New Buffalo has a well known wine trail to enjoy with some great hiking. Take a dip in our steamy hot tub or roast marshmallows in our fire pit! Rain in the forecast...no worries we have plenty of board games or cozy up on the couch and read a good book.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family enjoyed spending some time off in New Buffalo. Brittany's home gave us this opportunity to enjoy New Buffalo and the surrounding area. It was nice to end our days by enjoying the hot tub or time by the fire. Brittany was an excellent host, responding to a few of our questions in a timely manner. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

This is our 4th year renting the Sapphire House. We love the house and its location. If you are looking for a cozy “home away from home” this is it! We are already looking forward to next years visit.

Wonderland

This was our second stay. We were so happy to have found it again! If you are looking for some quality time , this is for you! Short drive for a day at the beach , hot tub to soothe your muscles at the end of the day! Trails to hike ! Foodie? No worries best restaurants around all Within minutes! The owner is extremely Attentive and is sure to meet any needs you may have. The place is beautiful, clean, very housewarming when you come in. Yes Highly recommend this place!

Great Fall Getaway

We had a wonderful fall getaway with our elderly parents at this house! It was located near many restaurants and close to the town. The house was well equipped with spices, toiletry supplies, paper towels, trash bags and other essentials. Brittany was very easy to contact when we had a question and replied quickly. The house was adorable and the hot tub lovely. We would rent this house again in the future.

Perfect stay at a wonderful New Buffalo home!

We had a great weekend stay with friends! While we only needed two of the bedrooms, the third room with trundle twins would make it a great family stay as well and we will definitely rebook on our next visit to New Buffalo. Brittany was a great host and extremely helpful and responsive. The home was darling and everything you could need was there...even down to extra toiletries. The back deck and hot tub area is very private and spacious too. We loved our stay!

Friends Reunion

This is our second stay at this property though now owned by a different person. The house is beautiful. The living room seating is fantastic for three ladies to sit and catch up and talk and talk and talk. Beds are comfy. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen. A great game table, likely meant for eating breakfast, is immediately off the kitchen. Hot tub is a huge plus as is the wonderful outdoor seating. All is clean. We walked to Ghost Isle Brewey, a good restaurant with lots of choices. You are very close to Galien River preserve, a beautiful place to walk though temporarily closed due to storm damage. Within minutes drive to the Staymaker restaurant in Three Oaks. Try to take in a show at the Acorn theater if you go. New Buffalo has a beautiful beach, perfect for catching the sunset. Very easy check in and great communication with the owner. I would stay here every time I visit New Buffalo.

Great place and close to everything!

We had a great time at this place with the fam! The backyard had everything we needed for a great time. Fire pit, couch, table and a hot tub. We spent a lot of time back there. The location was perfect right by a good brewery and redamaks and a quick drive to the beach or Main Street. Brittany was very nice responsive and even let us extend our stay when we were having such a good time and wanted to stay another day. I would Definitely recommend this place!

Traditions To Continue

My boyfriend’s Family has been coming to new Buffalo since the 80s. We decided to continue through addition and join his family with our own space. The home was absolutely adorable! The owner of the property was great with communication and takes extreme pride in the rental. We felt so comfortable and cozy. Great location! And got the best night sleep every night! Can’t wait to return to continue the tradition next year.

Cute place just a quick drive away from all the restaurants and beaches in New Buffalo. House was exactly like the pictures, great backyard. Loved that smores ingredients were left for us, very nice touch!

Nice Getaway

I thought the house was very nice and appreciated the welcome board and bottle of wine that the host left. I was hoping it was a little more walkable to town. It wasn't far, but location wasn't as convenient to town and beach as other houses I've stayed at. I found the host to be very accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions I had. That was very much appreciated. Although we didn't use, I thought the S'mores tin with all the ingredients was a very cute and thoughtful touch. The towel selection was not the best, but this may be a Vrbo issue, and not reflection of host. Some seem very well worn and should be replaced. However, I will say that there was plenty of laundry supplies and I was able to do a load during my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The best!

Clean, beautiful house in a fantastic location! Check in is super easy and you instantly feel welcome and at home. We loved that we were close to all the hot spots, but also enjoyed just relaxing at the house. We were all sad to leave and hope to stay again in the future!

Great stay at the Cozy Nee Buffalo Cottage

This is our third time staying at the property. The new owner is fantastic and she already made several nice improvements. Very clean, perfectly matches the pictures and description, everything in good working order, and easy access to New Buffalo. Thank you, Brittany! We’re looking forward to coming back next year!

Great place near the lake!

This is a great place to stay! The house was clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of space for five adults and a 1-year-old. Brittany was super nice and quick to respond when I had questions. The house is very close to all kinds of restaurants and breweries and is a short drive away from the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay in the heart of New Buffalo!

We love the tiny blue house in New Buffalo! Just outside of downtown but still walking distance to most things! In fact, I take my morning walks to the beach and back. We are a family of six and the house suits us perfectly. It's extremely clean and tidy. We all love the massive walk-in master bedroom shower. The adorable backyard is great for evening BBQs and s'mores. We tend to avoid the restaurants on Fridays and Saturdays and just stay at the house those evenings and grill. The location is great because you're so close to other neighboring towns. We like to go over to St. Joseph, South Haven and others. There are so many things to do in the area. Whether it's a beach day, picking blueberries, mini golf, there's a lot to do. Brittany is such an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we needed. Our kids range from 5-15. We've been staying in this house since the kids were 2-12. My 8 year old said this trip "this feels like it's our summer home". We will be coming back year after year!

Beautiful home! Would stay again!

Perfect place to stay for a girls trip! The hot tub, patio table and fire pit were a plus. Walking distance to downtown and the beach- I’d recommend taking the neighborhood streets, there’s no sidewalk on Buffalo until Redamak’s. Bring extra mirrors if you’re staying with all girls!

We love hosting family and friends for holidays and ensuring everyones stay is entertaining and filled with joy. We love to travel domestically and internationally to explore different customs and traditions.

Why they chose this property

We are very close to two really well known restaurants Redamak's (known for their burgers) & Ghost Isle Brewery. Short 15 minute walk to downtown & the beach. Driving distance to the Lake Michigan Shore Wine Trail.

What makes this property unique

We have a hot tub and fire pit for outside enjoyment. The property comes with a stocked kitchen and smart tv's for those renters who would like to stream.
