Sans renseignement, (nous n'avions que l'adresse de l'immeuble malgres nos demandes de procedure pour recuperer les clefs)nous avons trouvé cet appartement (en nous adressant au gardien de l'immeuble) et vu la femme de menage qui nous expliqua qu'elle n'etait pas au courant de notre reservation. En defintive l'appartement etait deja loué pour le lendemain a d'autres personnes, la reservation et le reglement Habritel ne pouvant etre pris en compte, nous avons du par nos propres moyens (vos services ne nous proposant aucune solution) nous reloger dans la soirées apres avoir passer trois heures à tenter de comprendre avec vos services et la femme de menage pourquoi alors que la reservation etait validée et reglée ,nous ne pouvions obtenir les clefs. La proprietaire étant semble t'il au hammam n'a jamais donné de ses nouvelles. De plus, nous n'avons pas pu rendre notre vehicule de location dans les temps, C'est par nos propres moyens (dans une ville inconnue pour nous) que nous avons par une agence locale trouver une location de 4 jours comme nous l'avions prevu en passant par vous.
