Walking distance to the American River, bike trails and iconic Sutter St. Expansive 700 sf primary suite with large walk-in closet and soaking tub. Backyard is a beautifully landscaped tranquil oasis featuring a relaxing jacuzzi spa and outdoor shower. Located in the midst of everything yet feels like you are away from it all.
Primary home listed sleeps 10 guests. Detached private guest house sleeps 6. 16 guests total can be accomodated on the property only by request for an additional nightly fee.
Primary home features 4 bedrooms plus an office with futon. There is also a queen air mattress in the primary suite. Primary suite accessed by a flight of carpeted stairs. You will have access to the entire home and backyard!
