It has high ceilings and all the most important amenities one might need such as a washing machine, a kitchen, a dish washer and a balcony. The main bus station is just 10-15 minutes away. There are many services in the vicinity, the first floor has a fish monger, a butcher and two restaurant. There are also three supermarkets near by.
