Condo stay with family
Working with the property manager was easy; Leo was helpful and responsive. The condo was great and well suited for a family of 4. There were plenty of linens and towels for our 6 night stay. It should be noted on the day of check out the elevator code provided does not work. As a result, I spent time stuck in elevator. I attempted to re enter code several times with no success. This was at 930 am when check out time was listed as 11am. Obviously, it was an uncomfortable situation that could of easily been avoided had I been aware.The property was well managed. It was a bit overwhelming for us in terms of the level of supervision. Although there is a "list" of rules provided there are also rules that we learned along the way. We were there with our children so were told, no throwing balls in one pool but we were allowed to throw in the other pool. We were then told we were throwing the ball to far. Also no drinking in the pool/hot tub (not even water), must have reservation for hot tub, time limits on cabana's. must walk on only certain parts of property, no towels on the ground, etc. This was all STRICTLY enforced which I am sure this is what condo owners prefer. As a guest, it was a bit much and felt constant.The food was excellent and staff and servers were extremely attentive and friendly.
