Your family will love this beach house in a quiet neighborhood, only 1 1/2 short blocks from the beach. This house has 4 bedrooms that can easily accommodate 12 with 2 full bathrooms and an enclosed outdoor shower with change area. It also comes with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that could seat 14.

Outside boasts nice grass with lots of off street parking, two umbrella picnic tables and a charcoal grill. Additionally upstairs has a large sun deck with plenty of outdoor lounging furniture.

Other amenities include a spacious living room for relaxing and a cozy enclosed sun porch on the first floor with an extra TV, washing machine and clothes line, high speed internet access, and 6 seasonal beach badges for your use.

Great house, perfect location!

Our family had a wonderful time here. The house is a short walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. It is roomy and comfortable with a nice yard on a quiet street. There were places for people to have alone time if needed but also larger areas for our whole family to gather. The owner made the rental process effortless and was quick to respond to our needs. We hope to return here in the future. Surf City is our favorite place to be!
