Charming, In-Progress Remodel Cottage in Cotter, near the White River
Currently under renovation in preparation for March 1, 2024 availability! Images are pre-reno; however, have included collage photos of the images of actual products and in-progress photos to give a glimpse! We can't wait to share with you once complete but imagine a space cozy, functional and fun!
Please note that this home has a monitored alarm system, fire alarms and CO2. Also has a smart thermostat for central heat and air.
Incredible kitchen for great meal prep, deep soaking bath tub after a day out on the river or the various walking trails, worlds most comfortable mattresses, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts mattresses, sprawling yard for some cornhole or a bevy of other fun and games or a relaxing nap in the hammock, Foosball for a bit of competition and a front porch with rocking chairs for personal quiet time - to read, relax and just be.
Our home has been touched from top to bottom and each space and effect has been hand selected with comfort in mind.

Sharing my home and the love of my home with new friends! I have curated this home with the image of you enjoying a gorgeous day in the Ozarks, returning home to a place that invites laughter, breaking bread together, a favorite TV show or movie and a fun game of Foosball; then, a quiet walk under the moonlight and retiring to a comfortable bed for a good nights rest.
Why they chose this property
I love how beautiful and picturesque Cotter is! Just so much peace and quiet and yet, sitting on the front porch, neighbors walk by and say Hello and engage is a sweet chat! Imagine sweet tea on the porch, a sweet Sunday morning, a pie cooling in the kitchen, aroma of cinnamon and apples in the air and living a beautiful time gone by!
What makes this property unique
It has such a rich history - far beyond my comprehension and is an engrained part of the Cotter History! I just discovered this is called the "Fields House" as Mr. and Mrs. Fields were prominent in the community. More to come as I learn more. Coupled with this history, I've come in to love on this home and give it a fresh refurbishment. Bones are the same but every room has been modified at least 80% - whew, I'm tired!!! :)
