Great base for exploring Minneapolis

The proper is great, plenty of space and has everything you could need for your trip. It's located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

Great Location, Not Comfortable for Large Groups or Remote Work

Six adults stayed for a week due to walkability to a local theater where we had an event. The location is great, cute, tons to do, walkable, and safe. Having codes instead of keys was convenient. We loved the porch balcony. The description for the rental said it can sleep 11 but my group agreed six was stretching it for the amount of space and creature comforts provided. The kitchen was tiny and difficult to cook in for our group on top of missing essentials to cook with like measuring cups/spoons. The bathroom was very small with only space to hang two towels and nowhere in the rooms to hang towels or place many items. One bed (on what looks like a converted porch/sunroom) was not usable as the frame was broken and looks like a poor fix was attempted. Overall, there were many small creature comforts missing that made a longer stay for a large-ish group uncomfortable. The rooms were very basic and felt like whoever furnished the space did so without actually staying there themselves. Most frustrating was one of us needed to remote work during the weekday but with only one wifi router in the basement for all of the house units, the signal was weak and could not handle much traffic. In the evening if more than a few people were using the internet, it was slow or would kick people off.
