Beautiful location, cool house, relaxation!
We traveled to Terah’s place in early April. Weather was fantastic. Warm, but not too hot. The house is very cool. Architecturally interesting, lots of windows and sliding glass doors, very indoor outdoor living. Plus cool interior design elements. It has a large family room area perfect for hanging out playing games, reading and relaxing. The master bedroom is large, enjoyed laying in bed with my kids watching Netflix on the TV at night. Master shower is beautifully updated, love the tile and rain shower head.
Kids room is very cute, bunk beds, books, and toys make it a great spot for kids.
One of my favorite rooms in the house was the little sunroom off the kitchen/living room that has a little table & settee, coffee station. Perfect for drinking your morning coffee or afternoon tea and gazing out the window at the deer (so many!) that visit throughout the day.
The outside grounds are very nice. My kids loved the tree swing. I loved that they could go swing and I could see them out the kitchen window while cooking. There is a table and other seating areas outside, but we didn’t use those areas. Great for groups.
Another feature we really enjoyed was being able to use the kayaks and paddle boards. We spent an afternoon on the lake paddling around and that was definitely a highlight of the trip!
Internet was spotty and slow, had trouble getting work done, good thing I was on vacation and this is a great house to do that in!
