Again agreat stay

We had a wonderful time at Kristin & Rick's cottage!. The whole family was there to celebrate my wife"s birthday. We went to Kennebunkport's Christmas Prelude for the three lighting, took long walks on the beach and even built sand castle with our 3 year old grand daughter. Kristin and Rick were very fast with responses to my questions. It was not our first visit. We will definitely come back.

Lovely property and location

Our family of 9 had a lovely thanksgiving at this property. The kitchen was updated and beautiful, there was plenty of space to spread out, and we loved the ocean views.

Easy, comfortable stay with friends

We stayed with our two kids (age 6 and 3) and our friends and their two kids (same ages) and things couldn't have been smoother! We loved walking to the beach, the heated outdoor shower and the entire layout of the house. We all had enough privacy, but also enough space to hang out together upstairs. The kitchen is fantastic and all the little details really helped us feel comfortable; fans in each room, extra outlets, lots of pillows and blankets, games and Legos for the kids.. I could go on. Everything was very clean and comfortable and easy; we can't wait to go back

Amazing Family Vacation

We had the perfect family vacation. The location and views are some of the best in Ocean Park. What a special place! The owners were incredibly responsive and the house very clean and organized. We loved it!

Fabulous short stay

We stayed for 3N during the UNE grad weekend. The house is beautiful, fully stocked, and in a great location. The view from the upper living room is incredible! The main entry level has the 3 bedrooms, and the fourth is set up as a suite in the lower level. This is a great extra space as it had a small living space and a bathroom with shower in addition to the bedroom. The stairs to get down below were a bit narrow and steep, so best for those with good mobility!

Wonderful property

The photos do not do this property justice. It is a lovely home with everything you could need. I rent a lot of properties and I have never been so pleased with the ample kitchen utensils, pans, and linens!!! We had such a wonderful time and hope that many other people get the chance to experience your charming cottage!

Great beach spot

The property was just what we wanted, great kitchen and enough beds for all the kids and adults. The sandy beach is steps away from the rental with a little river running into the bay just a short walk down the beach. It was a great vacation spot!

Great Vacation Home!

My sisters-in-law and I had a terrific vacation at the is adorable house in Ocean Park. It was the perfect size and the perfect location. We watched storms over the Atlantic which is just steps away. We walked to the picturesque town of Ocean Park. The house was centrally located along the southern coast of Maine and we had no trouble driving to nearby towns for lunch or dinner. The house faces the ocean with only seagrass between you and the shore. Great place!

Beautiful home

Great home with many beds to sleep in. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. Great views of the ocean from family room/kitchen. Great location for day trips to see the beautiful sites in Maine. Would recommend.

Amazing Location!

My family stayed for 6 magical nights. The location is amazing with incredible views of the ocean over the dunes. Easy access to the beach which made it the perfect spot to pop back to the house during the beach day. It’s also a very short walk to the center of Ocean Park. The house is amazing with plenty of space for our party of 8. The main living space was a particular highlight. Kristen and Rick are incredible hosts and highly responsive. Cannot recommend this place enough and are looking forward to our next trip to ocean park!

Idyllic stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful beach house. We felt pampered the entire time with the quality of linens, the well-stocked cupboards, and thoughtful details. We cannot wait to come again! Distance to the beach was amazing, the kitchen is gorgeous, and the neighborhood is great!

The old gals yearly retreat

We all liked that the daytime area was on the top floor… had a marvelous view of the ocean! Too small for 10 people… there is a trundle bed but the room is too small to accommodate the pull-out and allow the adjoining occupent to get up in the middle of the night. So our 10th gal opted to sleep on the couch in the lower level. Our days are always filled with fun, games, visiting, and eating, none of which was hindered by the lovely cottage. ☺️ Meal prep was a challenge as it seemed like everyone wanted to be in the kitchen at the same time, but our hosts told us that the top floor is being completely renovated including an enlarged kitchen! Can’t wait to see the transformation! We all still rate our stay with 5 stars because the size of the house did not lessen the delight we have each January to spend a long weekend together!

This property is exactly as it is listed with lots of space for everyone. The owners are great communicators and answered all our questions in a timely manner! The views are wonderful even in the winter with easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend this location to make memories with family or friends!!
