I sincerely enjoyed the house! It was my little family of four (kids age 4 and 1.5) and my parents. The house was more than roomy enough for us. It felt homey unlike some bare bones rentals. Great distance from everything. My biggest complaint is that there was only a keurig coffee maker and we are big coffee drinkers so we would have loved a pot. The back yard was great but bring bug spray! Would definitely rent this place again should we need to stay in Raleigh.

This was a cute house in close proximity to downtown Raleigh. It's a large home that easily fit our party of seven comfortably. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.
I always take my shoes off before entering a home and based on my black soles my guess is it wasn't mopped after being swept/vacuumed. The dining room table was also a bit sticky on the one side.
Overall, a solid 8/10 star stay.
We were in town for a family wedding and found this cute house! It was perfect for the 7 of us and our 2 dogs. The fenced in backyard was key for us!
And we loved the mid century modern vibe of the house! So cool!

Overall Good, not great
The house and location are basically very good, but a few issues are not perfect. The manager needs to be more timely in response, especially for check-in. There were 3 large trash bins, all FULL in the driveway and bags on the ground. The counters were not recently cleaned, and the oven self-clean cycle was STILL running when we walked in & 35 mins to go :-( stinky! The house & yard were perfect for our stay with 2 small dogs, but a few things need better attention.
This property was perfect for our two night stay in Raleigh. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and the house was just what we needed. It was very close (within 5 mins) to restaurants and shopping, like Target, chic fil a, Home Depot, and more. It was also only about a 20 minute drive to PNC arena. The house was well equipped for kids and they had a few toys, a sippy cup, and other items for younger children as well. My kids loved the slide in the back and the backyard was large and fenced in. The neighborhood also felt safe which was really important for us.
