Take a break and unwind in this charming 2nd floor one bedroom unit in the peaceful East End gallery district of Provincetown. The unit is located in a house right on the water on Commercial St’s bay side with a beach access. Featuring bay windows with partial water views, a beach access, and a shared beach deck with lounge chairs. The sunrises & magic hours will mesmerize you! The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The unit is not directly on the water but is in a house that is on the waterfront, and the unit has partial water views. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. The unit has a main space which features a living room with pull out queen sofa bed, a cute dining nook with water views, a coffee table with a pull out desk to work on a laptop, and a kitchen. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the summer, you can turn on the AC if needed. In the off season, the thermostat control lets you make the unit nice and warm. You will enjoy watching the water views while having breakfast in the dining nook!
The comfortable queen sleeper in the living room offers a second sleeping space for additional guests. Linens will be provided upon request. Be the first to wake up to bay views!
The beach deck is communal and is for everybody to enjoy!

The house is situated on the bay side of the popular, pedestrian and bike friendly Commercial St, yet away from the busy & fun downtown (5mins away by foot). The neighborhood is quiet with many art galleries around. You will enjoy blissful views of sunrises and magic hours over the bay. This is your P'town on the water getaway!
What makes this property unique
The Karilon House is a family owned property since 1963. My sister, my mother and I have been coming to this house every summer of our lives! This house has seen the likes of playwrights Eugene O'Neill & Lauren Hansberry, actress Demi Moore and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple units which can also be rented if you need more space for your group. You will enjoy the gorgeous views of the water during magic hour while sipping a drink inside or on the deck!
