Nice quiet suite in a good area, walkable to downtown and 5 minutes away from everything by car, very convenient to the highway. Comfortable bed and nice sitting room with a table and couch. The unit was clean, cozy, and had all the essentials (including coffee). We were very happy with our stay and David was a great host!
The vrbo was very clean and communication with the host was great. Short walk to anything down town. We loved our stay and would definitely book the place again.
A roomy, comfortable place within walking distance of downtown and several grocery stores. Super clean and easy to park too! A very communicative host that made check in and our overall stay a breeze. Would absolutely come again.
David’s property was exactly what I was looking for. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops and on the same block as a few different grocery stores. Would absolutely stay with David again!
I don't usually leave long reviews, but I'm compelled to share about our experience because it's important. The city of Asheville is back in business and the people that live there and make their livelihood in the hospitality industry are ready to welcome you back. We recently stayed at David's property for a weekend concert at Harrah's Cherokee Center. The apartment is exactly as advertised in the pictures and description. It is clean, comfortable, and quite peaceful. Designated off street parking 30 feet from the door was very nice. The location is ideal (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Harris Teeter two blocks away). It was a 15 minute walk to the concert venue, and once we were there, everything the city has to offer was at our fingertips. As for the city, restaurants are open, bars are open, shopping is open. Musicians played in the streets. For a concert weekend, the crowds were not bad at all. Bartenders, servers, and shop owners were all very appreciative that we were there. It reminded me of the Asheville of 10-15 years ago - same spirit, just a little less crowded. In many ways, now is the perfect time to visit.David is a wonderful host. Upon arrival, he spotted us pulling in and came out to personally thank us for being there. He mentioned that I had booked the property on September 27 (the day Helene hit) and he was incredibly grateful that we stayed the course and didn't cancel.Book a trip, stay at David's place, explore Asheville!
Host was accommodating & friendly. The yard on the property was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious so there was plenty of room to get organized. The location was 5 minutes off the highway and we passed three markets between highway and apartment. Starbucks was 5 minutes from apartment. Less than an hour drive from hikes off Blue Ridge Parkway. Less than an hour drive from Biltmore Estate. Close to airport. What else do you need? Zero complaints. What else can I say? Wonderful stay in a beautiful town with a friendly host. I will stay again next time I visit Asheville. Thanks again
