Guests will enjoy private beach access just a few steps across the street and can fish, kayak or paddle board in Little Lagoon too.
Beautiful 12th floor luxuriously appointed condo with approximately 1,800 sq ft. of space to enjoy. Lagoon Tower is a low density building with only two units per floor, 32 total for a quiet, less hectic experience.

PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for Lagoon Tower guests is located just across the (non-busy) street, a mere 100 steps away. We provide four chairs, two boogie boards, plenty of beach towels and toys for your use.
LITTLE LAGOON - enjoy fishing off the dock for red snapper or sea trout (fish cleaning station located on dock too) or swim, kayak or paddle board on the shallow, calm waters of Little Lagoon.
POOL/GYM - our building offers both indoor & outdoor pools, a hot tub and gym for your use. Indoor pool is heated (outdoor pool is not).

We love to travel to the beach and recently made the leap to beach homeowner. Our goal is to treat you as we'd like to be treated. We've rented VRBO's around the world and especially appreciate those that offer the 'extras' like cooking oil, spices & beach towels, so we've made sure to include those 'extras' in our place. We are accessible, respond quickly and can't wait to host you!
Why they chose this property
Gulf Shores is a 'small town with a big beach.' We love that friendly, small town casual vibe and the beautiful white, sandy beaches. Sunset Shores is located in West Beach, only a few miles from all the action, but quiet enough to feel a more relaxed, slower (family friendly) pace.

Everything is NEW at Sunset Shores from the mattresses and bedding to the pots & pans. You'll experience 280-degree water views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon. And, the sunsets are to die for!
