Great little house, near (but not on) Newfoundlake
Interaction with Russell was quick and hassle-free. Check in could not have been easier. Check out too.House was clean, warm and well-arranged for 5 guys hanging out for an ice fishing and ski weekend. Only 15 minutes from Tenney Mountain, a fun little local ski hill.IF we had any complaints, and we don't really, it would be that house is set back from the lake with a couple of houses right in front. We had access to the water, but it felt like we were walking across someone's property, and in several cases we were as we heard from Russell asking us to take a different path.Also, the sleeping arrangements are really intended for maybe two families with a couple of kids, not 5 grown adults. Two upstairs bedrooms (with extra firm mattresses and pillows if you're into that kind of thing), then large bunk beds and a pull-out couch downstairs. Like I said, fine for a small family or two, but not really designed for 5 adults all looking for their own bed.But, overall, a nice, well-kept, clean, house very close to the lake. With a very accommodating and easy-to-work with property manager (Russell).
