Cute place in quiet neighborhood close to Dordt University.
Close to Dordt University. Short walk to downtown (Casey's Bakery, Olivia's Bakery, Fruited Plain Cafe & Coffee, Sushi To You Restaurant, child friendly park), Siouxnami Waterpark, Fairgrounds, and multiple use trail. Comfortable yard with nice landscaping. This cute single level two bedroom, one bath, house easily sleeps 6 (5 adults). The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds. The living room has a queen futon/couch. Full bath. Washer/Dryer. Kitchen. Dining area. Adjustable height desk. Free Internet. Off street parking included (2 front, 2 alley). Detached garage available upon request. There are outside security cameras located in the front of house by the front door, the garage and the back. There are NO cameras inside the rental.

Why they chose this property
This was a family home. I kept it because this is a friendly neighborhood and the home is comfortable.
What makes this property unique
This is a smaller home within a block of Dordt University's West side. Landscaping is unique. Back yard is cozy (see photos). Access to travel corridors is simple (at least when Highway 75 construction through Sioux Center is complete).
