This cozy and convenient 300sqft. efficiency apartment comes with all you need for a comfortable stay. There is a spacious queen sized bed and plenty of room in the roomy closet and wardrobe furniture to accommodate an extended stay. The kitchen has a stove top and oven, refrigerator, a sink and cabinets for storage of necessary kitchen equipment. The clean restroom is very roomy and has a shower and bathtub, for those days that you might need a relaxing soak.

You will have access to the full apartment...bedroom, private kitchen area and private bath. In addition, the building also has a shared kitchen, and a conference room.

The building is mixed use, having 3 professional short term rental apartments as well as 3 seasonal office spaces with very limited traffic.
