Located 15 minutes from downtown, shopping, sights and attractions, this south Austin bungalow is a comfy stay in a great neighborhood. The home was newly renovated in 2022. It has all of the amenities you are looking for in your next long-term stay. The primary guest bedroom is very spacious with large closets. The secondary bedroom has a dedicated desk and workspace with spacious closet and twin size bed. Cozy up by the fireplace and watch a movie or head out for fun, Austin nights.
If recreation is your thing, this location will not disappoint. Just 15 minutes from Zilker Park and Barton Springs or 2 minutes from the Violet Crown Trail that will take you to miles and miles of hiking and biking trails throughout Austin.
