A fully furnished home with all the amenities allows you to sit back and soak in the fun. Play in the water all day, bring your boat to ski, tube, or sit on the porch to relax and read a book. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away. Want to get away for a delicious meal, Lufkin is 15 minutes away and offers all a family could need, two movie theaters, many restaurants to choose from, HiJinx trampoline park but the best part is the fully furnished game room for the family to relax and enjoy company while never needing to leave the home. Gameroom boasts an 85” smart TV, ping pong table, foosball/game table, poker table, Lovesacs for additional seating, and games provided. Home boasts Starlink Internet for all of your streaming and internet needs. Large TVs are offered in each bedroom. Come in the winter and snuggle up by a cozy fire in the fireplace. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to create lasting memories! Gas grill provided. Two basket fish fryer provided upon request. Playpen upon request.
