We absolutely love living in the Pacific Northwest ! We live on 5 acres in the main residence and enjoy renting out the "mother in law" house to our guest. The property is continuing to grow into a mini farm with future plans for garden, fruit trees, a pond and chickens.
Why they chose this property
This is a great area of Gig Harbor, 3 minutes to main shopping , 10 minutes from the harbor and still tucked away where you feel miles away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What makes this property unique
The house is brand new construction with a fenced private pet friendly back yard, including outdoor fireplace, fire pit and hot tub. It sits on a quiet 5 acres just 1/4 mile to the ocean waterfront. You can often smell the sea air, see bald eagles and hear the owls at dusk while sitting on the back patio having a cocktail in the evening.
