Great Stay

Host was very nice and responsive. The place was plenty spacious and clean. In a good area. The walk to the Temple Bar area (20 minutes) and other places were not too bad at all. Taxis were easy if needed as well. Lovely stay.

Nice stay in Dublin

The location of the apartment is central and nice, on a quiet street and there is a local market nearby. The host accepted our early check-in, replied to all our questions and provided us useful recommandations. There was a smell and we slept with open windows, but it's possible that it was from the previous guests.

Perfect location and nice place

Great place and easily walkable to Temple Bar area and other attractions. The hot water heater wouldn’t support more than two showers but other than that it was absolutely perfect. We worked around that by rotating when the family showered.

Perfect sized flat close to city center!

We had a great stay here, the location was convenient and the beds were comfortable! We did have some trouble with the hot water but it wasn't a big deal as we only stayed one night. Fin was very helpful and welcoming, allowing us a luggage drop off prior to an early check in which was perfect after a long morning travelling!

Nice Change

At the last minute before we arrived we had to change locations due to damage in the other location. I think it was a very last minute thing because the kitchen had a dirty dish in it and no kitchen towels

Big price for a small space

This property met our needs, but just barely. We needed a space close to the city centre that would sleep 4 people. This apartment is very compact and I would not recommend it for that many people. The kitchen area is very small and with one person sleeping in the living area there was no space to lounge, and no TV for down time. The sink in the bathroom was also very slow to drain. The location was fairly convenient and the check in process was easy. Accommodations in Dublin are generally expensive, but I was also unimpressed that the host raised the quoted price on the VRBO site after I requested to book. Beware this is probably common practice and your final price may be higher than what you see initially when requesting to book.

Location, Location

The best thing about this property is the location and proximity to sites in Dublin. The apartment is in need of updating, care and attention which is not shown in the photos. There are substantial issues with ventilation which has resulted in mold on the bathroom ceiling and a feeling of dampness throughout. (We opened a window in a bedroom after showering) The bathroom sink was slow to drain. The light over the bathroom sink no longer works, but there is a small mirror on the wall in the kitchen area with better lighting. The headboard in one of the bedrooms was visibly soiled as well as the sitting chair in the living/kitchen area which has been covered with a towel. The mattress pad on the bed in the living area also appeared stained. The armoire door was broken and taped. Yes, the water heater has trouble keeping up if 4 people need to shower. That can be worked around. The bedsheets and bathroom fixtures were clean upon arrival, but I feel that because of the condition of the furnishings I must give a “3” rating for cleanliness. The pictures are no longer fully accurate. I would not recommended trying to fit a party of 5 in this location. It is quite small.

Es un apartamento bonito y céntrico. Las camas de matrimonio son 1.35 y las sabanas un poco justas. La limpieza no estaba mal pero no era excelente, armarios desordenados, pelitos en el sofá... Mamparas sucias. Pero bueno, la valoración global es muy buena
