Communication prior to booking was prompt. The location couldn’t be beat, we were there for a hockey tournament but all the cool things in Eugene were a stone’s throw away. Neighborhood is walkable which was great for the dog. A little light on cookware but there were so many places to eat nearby it worked fine. 100% would book again.
Great spot! Easy location to get to, walking distance to a lot. Much more quiet than I was expecting. Perfect small yard area to let the dog out in morning. Bed was very comfortable. Older apartment but comfortably updated and CLEAN for when you just need a place to rest your head.
This place worked out great for our thanksgiving stay. We were in town for the ducks football game. Please contact me about the fees. I keep getting notices that I owe money when I don't.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Disliked: Amenities
Simplicity. Very simple no-frills property but it had all we needed (EXCEPT live TV).
Was very nice place for the price. It lacked only a few of basic cooking utensils like colander and enough serving bowls.
Liked the fact it was in a nice area where it was safe to walk my dog.
Clean, good location, comfortable beds. box fan for white noise was nice. Kitchen worked well. plenty of room. would stay again. Towels were good and water was hot in shower.
This felt like a typical Eugene student housing apartment. It worked for a short stay. Nice that my 2 dogs could come!.
Some issues: yard is not fenced in completely, no place to put dog poop bags outside, many windows/sliding door screens are missing or broken, couldn't find pet bowls.

Not comfortable
Do not stay here if anyone in your party is older or has knee issues. Neither of us could get out of the queen bed or any of the living room seating because all of it is too low. We ended up sleeping in the twin beds which were not comfortable for mature adults. The yard sale vintage furniture was cute but uncomfortable. The AC did not reach the bedrooms and there were no screens on many of the windows or the sliding door so the apartment was hot and stuffy at night. The kitchen was minimally equipped and there would not have been enough dishes for 4 people to eat together.
