Cancelled And Ghosted less than 24 hours before our stay!!! (Fast refund)

First I will say I was refunded immediately. However, assuming our one night stay was cancelled literally seconds after confirming an early checkin due to someone wanting to stay multiple nights? Then the host stopped responding.I own an air bnb and cannot fathom cancelling someone less than 24 hours before their confirmed stay. After reading more reviews seems it's not the first time the host has ghosted renters

The listing stated the it accommodated 3 people, one Queen bed and a sofa bed. Sofa did not convert to bed and there was no bedding for the 3rd person to sleep on the sofa. Contacted the host and was told the cleaner would bring bedding to property. Bedding never arrived and host stopped responding.

Directions and check into this property is a mess! Parking on Hampton is behind the property but if you pass it and try to make the block you end up in a neighborhood that looks pretty sketchy.Try to update better directions to property parking becuase if you are coming at night it is very difficult.

My best friend and I stayed here for two nights for a concert and the place was so nice!! The area is safe and really pretty and the instructions given to us by the host were very easy to understand and made our stay very breezy! Thank you so much!!
