Do you plan on staying between Oct 15 and March 15, and don’t need to whole house, ask me how you can qualify for a cleaning and linen refund. This is very appealing for someone looking to only use 1-2 bedrooms.
This property is all the good bits of a real haven, with sleeping 17, it fits everyone in your family and extended family. Talk about millennium coastal decor, this home has it all. It's brand new! a chefs dream kitchen for entertaining on those nights you want to stay in. The elevator makes an easy trip to any floor. Walking distance to the heart of Surf City, makes this home perfect for everyone.

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.
Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.
Private heated salt water pool is seasonal and it is open March 20th through October 31st. Pool heat is OPTIONAL with a $70/day non-refundable fee and runs March 1-April 30 and Sept 15 to Oct 31. A 3-day notice for pool heat required prior to arrival. No refunds given once the pool has been heated.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. Evidence will forfeit the security deposit.
