**No burning of incense.
**Must disclose all people staying at the unit
**Late check-out past 10 AM without our consent: $50/15 minutes
**Please use makeup remover to remove your makeup, not our towels, otherwise we will charge you.
**Lost keys/fobs/garage opener $500/each charge. Please make sure to return them before checking out

** For monthly stays the cleaning fee is double to account for the deep clean
No parties! Otherwise a $500 fine and immediate eviction

Beautiful place, but no airflow

Beautiful property, had just about everything you'd want while staying in Calgary. The only exception was a lack of fans/circulation of air. The air definitely didn't flow through the unit and it was always warm during our stay. I'd recommend to the owner some ceiling fans, especially in bedrooms and family room, would make a huge difference. Other than that, the stay was perfect. If you're going to stay in Calgary during warmer months and you're a warm individual, you may want to look elsewhere. I imagine during the fall/winter/spring, thus stay would be absolutely perfect. Communication with host was easy, instructions for check in were very easy. Would stay here again, just not not in the summer.
