This ultra Luxury new construction beach home features expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound! This spectacular 8 bedroom, 8 bath + 2 half bathroom home of over 5000 sq ft rests in one of the most beautiful places along Navarre Beach right across the street from the beach access. The location cannot be stressed enough, the beach access point is directly across from the house. The first level of this unique beach home features an oversized elevated heated pool and hot tub surrounded by a beautiful deck on the same level as the kitchen and living area making it an entertainer's dream. The pool is the signature feature, it literally feels like you are at your own resort attached to this beautiful expansive home. The second floor has 4 full bedrooms with on-suite baths and the third floor features 2 full bedrooms, a game/entertainment area with pool table, wet bar, and a lifetime of unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound.

- Elevator from ground level to top level (elevator access of $150 per stay - waived for elderly and/or disabled persons)
- Beach Equipment - 16 Beach Chairs, 8 Umbrellas, 2 Wagons, 2 Kayaks with vests, 6 Bikes
- Second Refrigerator in the covered ground level
- Elevated Pool and Hot Tub, with heating options for both: Due to the high price of propane and the amount it takes to heat the pool and spa, we have had to increase our pricing for heating during the months of November thru April.
(Pool Heat is $150 per day, Spa Heat is $150 per use: 4 hour scheduled window for the Hot Tub heat per day). Pool heat and spa heat for other months when need is $75 per day for pool heat and $75 Spa Heat per use. It is not expected that pool heat is necessary for June thru September unless it is unseasonably cool.
- Sturdy Polywood exterior furniture, including pool furniture which surrounds the pool (room for extra chairs and loungers)
- Great sleeping options - the queen bedrooms are double bunk beds with a third queen slide out, 6 bedrooms with King beds
- Everything new as of October of 2023! Update: February 2024 upgraded, redecorated!
- Parking for at least 12 vehicles
- Event friendly with approval, Event fee is $1200, room to set up a large tent if needed in the back of the property on the sand

Palm Tree Paradise offers street legal, 6 seater new electric Golf Cart for guests to rent for their Navarre Beach vacation. Rent the Golf Cart for $120/per day (3 day minimum) or discounted $750 per week.
