The property has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sofa bed, full kitchen, built-in laundry room, balcony and air conditioning in all rooms. It also has high-speed internet so you can stay connected at all times.

The main bedroom has a double bed, while the other three bedrooms have two single beds each. The bathrooms are equipped for your comfort.

The separate kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped with everything you need to cook and do laundry during your stay. In addition, it has air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.
