Located just minutes away from downtown and major events, this home is the perfect base for your stay. Our older building has been modernized to provide a welcoming space for our guests. Families with children will appreciate the high chair and playpen available for use. We hope you enjoy your trip! NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS.

Good and bad

Tiffany is simply amazing. Thr plsce inside is nice, clean and as described. Biggest complaint is the blinds and curtains. The blinds do not cover the windows. The toilet sits in front of the window. People can see right in. The outdise is not safe. Big rocks all over making it hard to walk. The neighbor is RUDE and loud. Making comments and yelling out the window. The yard is not kept up at all. Parking is very difficult. Again, Tiffany is amazing. We will not stay again simply because the neighborhood was not very nice and the difficulty of getting to the unit.

Sparce, but nice place...proble. wth parking

Clean and spacious. Had some nice things like snacks and cold drinks, hair dryer, iron, etc but missing some things that could habe made it better like extra plates and bowls ( no large bowl or plare for serving), cutting board, any oven pan, chairs or something in the bedroom to place your put luggage, toliet paper holder, complete window covering for the bathroom, etc. I thought it was a little inconvenient that the bathroom was on the 2nd floor off the kitchen instead of not on 3rd floor with bedrooms. Nice towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The 2 flights of stairs were steep narrow, and with some turns with no handrails on a small portion. We had trouble with the parking as we got blocked in 3 times by the same car. Maybe just that one bad guest?? But was he was rude too and it was very inconvenient, especially the first time when we had to bang on doors to find the guy. But again clean and spacious and does have a view of the river ( but also traffic and train noises).

2024 eclipse

My family members converged on Cincinnati to view the eclipse on April 8, 2024. We were very pleased with the large apartment. Plenty of space and very clean. We came for three days, so in addition to the eclipse, we spent time downtown, which was very convenient by car. Tiffany was very responsive and worked with us to accommodate our plans. I highly recommend this property.
