Two bedroom house with the best patio in town,have the vacation of your dreams.



Relax and unwind in our wonderful house. You will feel right at home in our comfy beds after a long day at the beach. Enjoy your shower using all Aveda products, then share a nice bottle of wine on our patio ( you wont forget it ). Then walk to one of the two 3 star restaurants at the end of our street, Everyday People Café and Wild Dog, you cant miss with both. End your day by taking in the sunset at Oval or Douglas beach.

As usual we had an awesome vacation! The house is perfectly located within walking distance to downtown. Fenced in backyard for our fur babies. Ronel is the best host and makes sure your every need is met. Thank you Ronel for another wonderful tripe 😊

Great Location!

My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Douglas. Safe and quiet neighborhood. So close to Saugatuck too. The house offered everything you could need. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhood with amazing accommodations

The host is an amazing communicator and extremely prompt in any/all correspondence. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed and living room cozy. We adored sitting on the patio that was quiet early morning, afternoon and evening. If you are looking for a property that checks all the boxes and is walking distance to everything Douglas, look no further. Showers are set up with Aveda products that made showering in the morning wonderful.

The stay was excellent. The photos don't reflect how nice the house really is. Bed was very comfortable which is so important to us. We will be back for a longer stay next time.

Great getaway

Clean, cozy, quiet, close to everything. Loved the courtyard and the fenced area for my two pups. Well stocked with everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing stay. Hope to return.

Great House!

This property was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The nice sized fenced in yard was a safe place for our little dogs and they had a wonderful time. We spent most of our time on the beautiful fenced in Patio. Location! Location! Location! This home is in a really nice clean neighborhood a block from Downtown Douglas and close to Saugatuck, Holland, and shopping. We will definitely be staying here next August, Thank You Ronel.

Love this hidden gem in the downtown area of Douglas. Close to the Main Street and its shops and restaurants. House always well stocked with condiments, soaps, etc. lovely outdoor sitting area

Great Location & Space

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was clean, it was easy to check-in. I loved the yard for our dogs to run and that everything we needed was in walking distance. The beds were very comfortable. I had a slight issue with the tv after a small power outage and the host was very helpful and communicative. We will definitely recommend this space to others and hopefully stay again.

We love this house! The location is convenient to everything. Restaurants, shopping, dining and of course the beach. Love the updates since our last visit. Our fur dogs love the courtyard and backyard. Such a great place to walk your dogs as well. Grocery store just a few blocks away. The host is awesome and attentive (thank you Ronel) to all needs. Can’t wait to come back in October.

Such a great house. So cozy with a great kitchen for cooking. My husband, adult son and adult daughter all stayed comfortably. The location is terrific to Douglas - great coffee house and restaurants and a grocery store nearby if you need. All easy walking distance.

Cozy getaway!

We highly recommend this home! It is tucked away on a quiet street in Douglas, just minutes away from historic Saugatuck. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We absolutely loved our relaxing getaway!

This rental is in the perfect location. It was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Saugatuck, great shopping; Oval Beach, great sunsets; Crow’s Nest, beautiful view! Comfy and close to downtown Douglas shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the small courtyard off the living room. We enjoyed wine under the twinkly lights each night. Ronel was great to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay!

So much better than the listing can show!

I have had some disappointments with air B n Bs so I was a little nervous about trying another property. I was completely and pleasantly surprised by everything about this property - it was sparkling clean and nicely appointed. The yard was just right for the dogs and the distance to downtown Saugatuck was perfect for an evening walk. A+++ : )

Wonderful, as always

Third year in a row that we’ve rented this same house. We love it! Now that our kids are strong and adventurous swimmers, we especially appreciated all the beach gear - including boogie boards, inner tubes, plenty of chairs, and jumbo-sized beach towels. Perfect location for walking to Douglas for a morning coffee or easy dinner; or bopping over to Saugatuck. And Ronel is a delightful host. Already booked our 2024 return!
