This duplex exceeded all expectations! The open concept allows for family gatherings, and the three spacious bedrooms allow for rest and relaxation. Feels brand new. We are looking forward to staying here again when we’re back in town!
Great place! Especially when you need a place for a dog.
We loved staying at Luz's place! It is a relatively new build so it was clean and spotless! It felt as though no one had ever stayed there!! The back yard is fenced in and has an area for dogs to go to the bathroom as well as a sitting area. Kitchen is well equipped; you could easily make a meal or two! The house is on a residential street and was very quiet. It backs up to Spring Creek Road, a two lane road, but it tended to be quiet at night. We used a should machine on our phone just incase we heard traffic, but we didn't hear much at all. Highly recommend!
Great property. Well appointed, responsive host, very clean and comfortable. My husband and I did sleep in separate beds because the master bedroom bed sunk in the middle when we were both in the bed.
This property and all of its furnishings appear to be fairly new. It was the cleanest and of the most spacious one I have ever stayed in. Amenities like the garage, a tankless water heater, and the washer and dryer are all bonuses. The neighborhood was also very quiet. I highly recommend this property.

I have lived in this wonderful community for over 30 years. Montrose is the best place to live. I live here and enjoy everywhere. I hike, bike and ski around the areas. I can go as far as Moab, Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte, Glenwood Springs, Durango, and Breckenridge and be back same day. I have also lived in Ouray area for about 7 years, Ridgway, Silverton, and Telluride are so familiar to me. 1990 I moved in Ouray, Colorado and worked in a hotel and restaurant industry. I was very passionate about my job. Since then I have enjoyed traveling all over the world, stayed in different types of Airbnb's, and met wonderful host. I also enjoyed international cuisines and love to cook. I always desired to have my own Airbnb and become a host. Now I am very fortunate to be your host. My experiences in the industry has given me the expertise on how to become the best host.
