Summary:
URBAN LIVING at its best. It is TINY, yet its full of fun, charm, and elegance. The private rooftop with city views is breathtaking. The luxurious tiny space is fully furnished with high end furniture yet practical and to DIE for bathroom. The house is stocked with fun games. Loft style KITCHENETTE DOESN'T include a stove or oven,but includes a Ninja Air fryer and a Grill! This beautiful studio is close to Light Rail,Uptown, Plaza Midwood + NoDa.Enjoy Endless restaurants, bars, & shops
The Space:
This house is detached with its own entrance from a bigger house just next to it. Yet it is totally private. The kitchen do not include a stove or oven, but there are other options of cooking methods supplied. The house comes with its own washer/dryer downstairs. Pets are welcome with a weght limit of 35 lbs. one dog is only allowed for a total charge of $50 per stay, Smoking is not allowed, and a fine of $250 will be charged for any evidence or smell of smoking. This maybe a new listing, but I've been an Airbnb Super host for 8 years with over 3,000 reviews:) So do not hesitate to book !

Please enter only the little house that sits all the way down the driveway at the end of it. Please DO NOT enter the main structure of the house with a yellow door that sits on the main street. This bigger house is a separate Airbnb. Please park your car only on the designated space described in your check in instructions.

It is between Uptown, NoDa and Midwood plaza. 1 mile away from each direction. Perfectly and Centrally Located to enjoy all what the Queen City has to offer.
