Stroll through the historic village of Greenport, enjoying the waterfront, stop at Claudio's to enjoy your favorite beverage and bands on the weekend. Don't forget to stop at your favorite winery on the weekends, bring your picnic baskets and enjoy the music. Bask in the beautiful view of the sound from the deck of Sound View Restaurant while savoring your delicious dinner. The Hamptons and the ocean is just a 30 minute drive away. Charming House

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very quaint and charming. Truly loved the colonial feel. The location for our needs was perfect. Also very close to a great bagel shop and grocery store. Would love to stay again.

Perfect Location

This house was rhe perfect location for my winery trip. Several within 10 mins of the property, including a few that are walkable from the property. Plenty of space for guests. Owners were very quick to respond with any questions we had.

House is as described & pictures are pretty accurate. The only suggestion we would make is to put a few air purifiers around the house. Or new screens for the windows.

Just what we needed

The house was clean and well stocked, and the perfect size for our family of four plus my parents and brother. It was great to have two bathrooms. Parking was ample for our two larger cars and we loved that we could walk to the grocery and some shops. Ellen was very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend!

Family wedding weekend

This property was perfect for what we needed for an extended family stay in North Fork wine country for a family wedding. Close to everything, extremely clean, and so much space! Would definitely stay here again for another wine country getaway!

Comfortable House in Great Location

The house is located in a great location on the edge of Cutchogue close to many wineries, a breakfast spot, and a grocery store. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of beds, all the kitchen items you need, and lots of space. The host is very nice and responsive.

Assessing Property

The experience was good and the communication with the owner was also cordial as well. The house was clean with the exception being the bathtub. The tub could have been cleaned a lot better, there was a dark film around the tub which quite honestly needed to be scrubbed. The coffee mugs in the cabinets were also stained with coffee which was not pleasant. Everything else was fine

Second year in a row!

This is our third stay in this house and our second year. We love it and find it to be perfect for our family which includes my eight year old daughter, husband and 86 year old mother. The house is homey, has plenty of space and the location couldn’t be better. We did much more exploring this year and felt as though we were situated so well for anything we wanted to do which included shopping in Greenport, dining in Southhold and of course, the wineries, some of which are close enough to walk to. There are also several spots to eat that are a five minute drive away (8 Hands Farm and The Shack). In short, it was another fabulous trip. Thank you to Ellen and her brothers for making us feel so at home away from home!

So convenient & lovely home owner

The home has generous bedroom space and a nice living room for a group. The location is wonderful in that it is walking distance to a grocery, farmer's market, vineyard, seafood market and ice cream store. Ellen is most pleasant, flexible and communicative. My family was thrilled to be together.

Great location in the heart of North Fork wine region

The house was accurately shown in pictures and description. Overall a charming, older home. A/c worked well during our stay. Plenty of parking. Note (as listed) one bathroom is a half bath, so there is only one shower. There was an issue with one bathroom that couldn't be repaired while we were there, but we were compensated fairly. Ellen was a quick and helpful communicator. We did love the location, we were able to leave the car at the house and walk to multiple wineries, a grocery store, and a couple restaurants.
