Nice place to stay with your family if you want a quiet getaway. House was clean and cozy on the inside. Loved the enclosed porch, and kids had a blast playing and sleeping out there. Really close to the Jackson River trail and a lot of beautiful sights.
Enjoyed staying with my husband and teenage boys for a couple of days to fish. Cabin was clean and well stocked. We found the twin beds in the sun room too cold to sleep but we made it work with the couch in the living room.

We had a nice stay. House was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the views from the back yard.
The accommodations and location was perfect for everything we wanted to do for the week we were there. The host was extremely helpful with ideas for things to do while they’re celebrating our anniversary. The house was extremely clean and well appointed with everything you need for your stay.
Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.
We had a fabulous stay and will most definitely be back! The cabin is RIGHT on the river, with beautiful river and mountain view’s. The cabin is well maintained, with everything you could need for your stay! We were here for Thanksgiving, and we were able to prepare everything needed for our family meal. Thank you and we’ll be back soon!
I wanted to go to the Omni bath house. This was a great location to relax with my friend and go for a soak there. On the way we stopped to see the waterfalls. It has 2 nicely appointed master suites on opposite sides of the main living area. I loved being by the river my only complaint was the weather. I would love to visit during warmer days to enjoy the outside
This house, provided a beautiful setting for a relaxing time sitting by the firepit watching the river roll by. The house was clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The host, Michelle was quick to respond to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
Hubby, dogs and I enjoyed this quiet riverside property. Close to places we wanted to see, especially Douthat State Park, Humpback Covered Bridge, and Falling Springs Falls.
Outstanding stay. Property was beautiful on the river. Cabin was immaculate with everything we needed. Just a great long weekend for father-son fishing trip.

This place was a lovely weekend getaway. Having the river right in the backyard was just what our family needed. Just as advertised, peaceful, clean, and quiet. We look forward to future stays. Thank you!
This property was so nice, that I did not want to leave. It was cozy, well stocked, well maintained, and comfortable. Not far off the beaten path yet still secluded. I loved hearing the flowing river in the mornings and evenings. Our host, the Rowlands was easily accessible and responsive within minutes. Just an incredible slice of paradise. We will be back!
Layout with two bedrooms on each end of house and open kitchen/living room in between was great. Each bedroom having own private full bathrooms made stay comfortable. Will consider if returning to area.
The cabin was located right on the river, it was lovely, fully stocked, we had everything we needed.
The host was fantastic and even found us a shuttle for our boats on the river.
We can’t wait to return!
We enjoyed our stay. Very beautiful location and clean nice home. Host was responsive to communication and even dropped off a charger that we left to a local friend for me.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Was an excellent choice for two life long friends to reminisce, catch-up and spend a little time fly fishing on the Jackson River.
The house is well stocked, everything you need is right there. It is extremely clean and comfortable. Location is great for sightseeing in the area. We explored Lewisburg, The Greenbriar, Humpback Bridge and the waterfall. Michelle is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Lovely location right on the river and a great house! Had some technical issues but host was very responsive.
Wish there was better access from the deck down to the river. My wife has a difficult time walking and was only able to make it down to see the river one time. We did enjoy sitting and reading in the screened in porch. House was clean and well equipped.
We had a comfortable 3 night stay at your River retreat en route to Ohio for the solar eclipse. The weather was unfortunately very cold which restricted our outdoor activities. The cabin was cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed. The only thing missing was a toaster! Thank you.
Satisfied with the house and amenities, other than the kitchen area ,specifically the range/stove top being greasy and in need of a good overall cleaning. The cleaning crew appears in need of being followed up especially with the cleaning charges .
The yard needs some tidying up and the back of the house / porch needs exterior cleaning..
My husband and I were looking for a place to stay on a river for Memorial Day Weekend. This was the perfect spot! Private community on the Jackson River…the river is right out the back door! We relaxed on the porch and just listened to the water roll by. When we were ready to eat the kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. Time for bed meant choosing between 2 rooms each with its own private bathroom. There was plenty of room for us to do our own things when it rained- tv, games, books were all there for us to use with plenty of space to stretch out. We had a wonderful time.
