Experience an idyllic stay in Lake Country at Emerald Beach Villas, a well-appointed gated condominium complex, with a private 350-foot sandy beach and dock. Situated on the shores of Wood Lake in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, it's a convenient 10-minute drive from Kelowna International Airport. The eight-kilometre-long lake connects via canal to the scenic Kalamalka Lake, coined the lake of many colours, and considered one of the most beautiful in B.C.

Wake up in our two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,160-square-foot air-conditioned condo, to the soothing waterfront views of Wood Lake and surrounding hills. Soak them in over your morning coffee from the living room or our top floor oversized balcony (with BBQ), and unwind in the evenings to pink-hued sunsets.



INTERIOR FEATURES AND CONDO AMENITIES

Perfect for families, couples and friends, you'll relax with comfortable furnishings throughout spacious living and dining spaces, defined by near floor-to-ceiling windows for lots of natural light and views straight through to the fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy a gas fireplace, 55-inch TV and DVD player. Bed down on a new king Endy mattress in the primary bedroom, complete with a 42-inch TV and DVD player. A queen pillowtop mattress makes for a dreamy sleep in the second bedroom, plus a rollaway bed if required. In-suite laundry is included, too.

Access the outdoor heated pool and hot tub (view from our balcony), surrounded by well-manicured landscaping and large private green space. Also available, the clubhouse with ping pong and billiards, full gym, and outdoor fenced basketball court.



PROXIMETY TO RECREATION & LEISURE ACTIVITIES

Turtle Bay Marina and Wood Lake Marina (one minute from EBV) have boat rentals and possible moorage. To rent an onsite boat slip—please inquire. We're next door to Beasley and Reiswig Regional Park, with soccer fields and a fantastic playground. Tennis courts are a two-minute walk.

For world-class golf, tee off at The Okanagan Golf Club: Bear and Quail, or Predator Ridge, just 20 minutes by car. Water ski in the summer (Okanagan Lake) and downhill ski and snowboard at Silver Star and Big White.

You'll love the vineyards, the orchards and the wine tasting at award-winning wineries, such as: Gray Monk Estate Winery, Arrowleaf Cellars, Ex Nihilo Vineyards, 50th Parallel Estate Winery, Blind Tiger Vineyards, and more, all within an easy 10-minute drive.

Explore the Oyama Zipline Adventure Park, with 7 Zipline Tour or check out the animals including kangaroo, wallaby, and the emu at Kelowna's Kangaroo Creek Farm. Explore the

Amazing place! Clean, convenient, beautiful view, relaxing pool and hot tub, and perfect location to do some biking around the lakes. The secure garage and gated community allowed me to feel relaxed about leaving our bikes in the garage and the playground next door provided hours of fun for us and our toddler. One Week to August 7/21

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is close to the beach and the pool tho it would have been nicer if the weeds were cleared from the designated swimming area. We used the dock instead. The kitchen's small appliances were well stocked, TV and wifi were great. The unit was very clean and quiet. We all had a great week. Thanks.

Lori was very easy to work with and great on communication and availability. Super easy to work with for our first time renting. Lots of codes and keys etc some of the codes on gates tricky but the accommodation was great and what we expected. She helped us secure a Boat slip and trailer storage. Highly recommend

Loved loved loved it! Very clean condo, and Irene answered all and any questions we had during and upon our arrival. Condo felt homely. We rented the boat slip which was incredibly convenient! A 5 second walk to the boat and off we went for the day. Weather was excellent for us the first week, so we got to enjoy the pool, private beach, court yard and hot tub! The last week was off and on but the rec room kept my boys age 7 and 10 quite busy! Plenty of other families, and children around for your children to make friends! 10/10 would recommend!! Great views with warmth and charm

A fabulous place to live in the winter or summer. Great for University Professionals with a 15 minute commute to UBC-O. BBQ on the deck while you enjoy the amazing view of Wood Lake. The owners are helpful and maintain the property well. The neighbours are friendly and very respectful. I enjoyed the very functional kitchen with lots of room for baking cookies! We often enjoyed walks along the beach, bird watching, and even had a chance to catch a Kokanee Salmon (right off the dock). We have reccomended this unit to our friends and family! Also the hot tub - we loved the hot tub and pool!

This extremely clean and well maintained heated and air-conditioned condo is located on the third floor, so the view is fantastic. We have found the private garage, elevator access, games room and security second to none. The condo itself has a wonderful layout with and extremely large kitchen area, two huge bedrooms, good size dining area along with very comfortable leather furniture in the living room. Wer are delighted to have at our disposal the wine cooler, and BBQ. It is a gated community and when we arrive we feel like this is our second home.The beautiful pool and hot tub are cleaned twice a day (incl water testing) and all the surfaces surrounding are immaculate. The grounds are extremely well kept. The location is ideal, for shopping, golfing and wine touring. Gray Monk andf Arrowleaf Vineyeards are very close. This property is 1/2 way between Kelowna and Vernon. 20 minutes tops either way. Perfect spot.

We live in Langley BC and love to spend time in the Okanagan enjoying the lakes and wineries. Lake Country is special as it is a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of Kelowna yet close enough to enjoy the amenities.

Why they chose this property

We bought our condo at Emerald Beach Villas for so many reasons. First, the complex is impeccable. We love the pool/hot tub and the large grassy area for playing games. The private beach on the property gives us direct access to the lake. Wood Lake is an amazingly beautiful warm lake. We love how calm it is for water sports. We also love that we can go to Vernon via Kalmalka Lake.

What makes this property unique

Lake Country is a peaceful community with Wood Lake nestled in among the orchards. If you want the amenities and hustle and bustle of Kelowna it is only 20 min away. Emerald Beach Villas really has the best of both worlds.
