Close to Town, Lighthouse Beach and Andrew Hardings Lane -- Desirable Old Village Location!
This summer rental is immaculate and absolutely adorable. Just 2/10's of a mile to a classic Lighthouse Beach and just a short distance to town. You're sure to love the great front porch with rockers and spectacular cottage gardens, lovely patio and enclosed side yard. The house is equipped with WiFi and also has expanded cable service. In early 2022, the owner completed a major refresh and update that included repainting the entire interior of the house, installed split air conditioning throughout the house, replaced all beds and mattresses, installed wall mounted flat screen televisions in the living room and primary bedroom, added indoor shutters in the living room, primary bedroom and upstairs second bedroom, added outdoor weber gas grill, replaced refrigerator, installed disposal, replaced kitchen sink and installed a Colligan water filtration system in the kitchen sink. Property is very sunny and bright, charming and comfortable, and well maintained.
