As you step into this spacious two-story home, you'll find the main living areas on the first floor flow seamlessly from a cutting-edge kitchen to a stylish dining and living room. There’s ample space for entertaining, enjoying meals together, streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TVs with cable, playing a game of pool, or simply unwinding by the fireplace. This floor also features a convenient full bathroom with a shower and a laundry room equipped with two dryers, perfect for all those wet pool towels!

Guests can fully enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer. With a spacious garage, fantastic pool, amazing outdoor living areas, and a convenient laundry room, everything is at your fingertips during your stay.

Other things to note:

☆ The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

☆ Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

☆ POOL HEAT is available for $200 (82 degrees) per day (2 night minimum), and SPA HEAT is complimentary in your stay. Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates.

☆PET FEE of $100 that covers the extra deep cleaning measures we take for the home. Up to 2 dogs allowed.

☆ EXTRA GUESTS: $50 per night per guest which applies after 13 guests. 15 guests allowed maximum (roll away bed and couch).

☆ Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
