Welcome to Hooky House located on beautiful Lake Lanier in Gainesville, GA. This 4 bedroom (sleeps like a 5 bedroom) 4 bathroom home has recently been renovated and is stunning. The lake views are everywhere and the boat dock steps away. You can be on the water in no time. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cooking supplies from morning coffee to Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of room for everyone, The game room boasts ping pong, arcade, and board games for the perfect stay.

Family Time

We were there during hurricane Helene. Lost power for about 7 hours, had to contact host, they were very helpful. Very comfortable home, great lake view.

Oasis on Lake Lanier!

If you’re looking for a place to get away this is it! We had such a great time with our family and friends. The view is incredible. The game/kids room was a hit with the kids! Will absolutely stay again.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here! It's a beautiful house, right on the water. The house is large, and each bedroom has a comfortable bed. All of the appliances are new adn top end. The game room downstairs is very fun! The neighborhood is very nice and it's quiet. The location is great, just a few minutes away from groceries, etc.

A Wonderful stay at the lake!

The views are beautiful! I love all the sliding glass doors and large windows! The bathrooms are awesome and we had more than enough room for the teens and my husband and I! The master suite is amazing,The wole house renovations are nice too! We had fun fishing off the deck and we cooked hot dogs and smores at the campfire! We only planned 2 nights but loved it so much we booked a 3rd. That was super easy as well. Only suggestions, lights out back and down the driveway would be great and helpful!

Roomy lakeside home

The home has nicely updated and designed rooms. The main level has a large, open floor plan with three bedrooms, a guest bath and laundry. There are expansive views from all the lake-facing rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and nice for dog walks. There is bench seating at the fire pit along with a tree swing nearby. Onsite water toys are not available to renters. Additional outdoor lighting (esp. on the deck's steps) would be helpful. Other specific renter feedback and recommendations can be made directly to the owner.
