Be Still - 4BR Oceanfront House in North Topsail Beach
Newly Renovated For the 2019 Season! This beautiful and very desirable oceanfront home has been a favorite for many vacationers over the past few years. For 2019 it has an almost new look with many nice upgrades which include but not limited to, new hardwood flooring and all new and fresh paint throughout.
This is a 4- bedroom 3 bath direct oceanfront home that sits majestically on a large oceanfront lot which provides direct access from the oceanfront deck and down to the white sandy beaches of Topsail Island.
This home has a large open style living floor plan that encompasses the kitchen, dining area and living area. Here you can enjoy a great wrap-around ocean view through a wall of glass by and through slider doors and large windows. The views just don’t get much better than this. The living area provides direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will find plenty of seating for the family to enjoy those fabulous ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations along with all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator, range/oven with built-in microwave and dishwasher. The countertop appliances include a toaster, blender and coffee pot. There is abundant cabinet space and all counters are capped with luxurious granite. For you added convenience there is a large multi-shelf pantry for storing all your grocery items and supplies.
For your dining convenience there are two different dining locations. One will seat 6 at the main dining table and the breakfast area will seat 4. For any additional guests there are three bar stools for the kitchen counter bar area.
The master bedroom (upper level) is equipped with a king bed and has its own private bath. The bath has a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and a vanity. There is direct access from the master out to a private oceanfront balcony. This bedroom is also equipped with a desk, two night stands, multi drawer dresser, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and a comfortable arm chair with matching ottoman.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, swivel rocker and a multi drawer dresser with mirror. Just outside the bedroom door is a full bath with tub and shower combination.
Bedroom 3 (upper level) is equipped with a bunk bed (2 singles), a dresser and a comfortable arm chair. Just outside the bedroom door is a full bath with tub/shower combination. This is a great location for the kids to hang out.
Bedroom 4 (first level)is equipped with two twin beds, a queen sleeper sofa, dresser and ceiling fan. This bedroom has direct access through glass slider doors out to both the oceanfront and sound side decks. Just outside the bedroom door and across the hallway is a full bath with walk-in shower. This large bathroom also doubles as a laundry room which is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
The open style floor plan of the living area provides great space for the family to enjoy their time together. Here you will find a flat screen TV for enjoying those special family movies, many interesting books and a large selection of board games stored on the shelves of the granite covered game table/counter. WiFi is also provided throughout the home for your added convenience.
The enclosed garage will accommodate 1 large vehicle and has a bad weather entry which makes it nice when bringing in all your groceries and supplies during bad weather. There is also space for two additional vehicles in the driveway.
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which is a very much appreciated convenience when returning back to the house from a day at the beach.
With the 2019 upgrades you will also notice all new decking as well as all new vinyl handrails.
This is a great home with absolutely fabulous views of the sparking Atlantic Ocean from almost every room in the house. As stated earlier, this house has always been a favorite for many and with all the recent renovations it will quickly become a first choice.
