Nice location - no laundry

Subject says all. We would like to stay there for two weeks next year, but the lack of laundry facilities is a major disadvantage for us. The cottage was nice—well equipped kitchen.

Great location

The cottage is in a great location wirh close proximity to Provincetown and the bay beach. The grounds were well maintained and the cottage was well maintained. A few of the windows were broken and wouldn’t stay open and the fireplace had not been cleaned out. The cable tv did not work and the internet was spotty (it was very slow and at times didn’t work at all).

Peaceful Refuge

The rental was cute and suited to our stay as a value conscious family. The beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The cottage is set back from the road which meant longer trips from the car to set up, but so much quieter than being right on 6A. If you don't have a son who is a body builder to help carry stuff, a wagon would be a real help! I found the neighbors friendly, helpful, and quiet. There is a mix of both owners and renters. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes. We brought our kayak but kept it near the cottage because the wind off the sea can pick up, especially if a storm comes up. There was plenty of space in the dunes to store it, I just worried about it blowing away. A weight of some kind would have saved a lot of carrying! Our family likes to cook and we found the kitchen had everything we needed. I'm sure what's available can change with time, but the owners have definitely tried to make their cottage like being at home. Internet was robust enough for my family of four. No problems there. The management company was very clear, thorough, and professional. They answered my questions about the accommodation quickly and I felt that if I had any issues during my stay, they would have been able to help.

Gorgeous spot

We had a great time here. The property management was very quick and responsive when we had an issue with the AC during that heatwave. It was a surprisingly long schlep to the beach from the house so we mostly drive to other beaches. We were comfortable and loved the place!

Cape get away

The property is cute but dated. I wish the living room had a better couch for the 3 of us to relax but we spent most of our time outside anyway.

Needed getaway

The cottage was neat, and had all of the items we needed for a comfortable stay. We had the peace and quiet needed to just chill for a few days! Would love to visit this lovely place again some day.

Bay side cottage in North Truro

Cozy cottage (among a small group) nearly up against the dune grasses on the bay side. 5 minute walk to the bay beach (warmer water), but close drive to Atlantic beaches and hiking/biking paths. Short drive (10 min) to Truro for groceries and take-out. 2 bedrooms enough for our small family (1 double bed and 2 twin beds). Kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, small stove, fridge (small but not mini), etc. Access to picnic table, adirondack chairs, and charcoal grill outside. Small clothes line outside (back of cottage) as well. Realtor was very responsive about the wobbly screen door and an unexpected plumbing issue (broken shower pipe). Fixed ASAP.

Third year in this charming cottage!

We look forward to returning to this wonderful little cottage each August. We have two children (14 and 11) and they have no problem sharing the bedroom with two twin beds. It is cozy, but we don't spend a lot of time inside, and has all the amenities we need. It is a short bike ride into Provincetown, a quick car ride to the beautiful ocean beaches, and a gorgeous walk over the dunes to the bay. We highly recommend this cottage.
