Fresh paint, new flooring, and some new furniture in this bright and open beachside condo! Loggerhead 314 has everything you need for an amazing Sanibel Island beach vacation. The open kitchen has everything you need to make a fabulous meal. Open to the coastal dining area with seating for six. The fresh and new living room has a new comfortable couch with two coastal chairs, a smart flat-screen TV, and partial views of the gulf. Relax your day away on the large lanai, with gorgeous views and comfortable outdoor furniture. The en-suite master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and flat-screen television. The tiled and updated bathroom has large closets and a tiled shower. Your guests will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom with an attached bathroom and two twin beds. Beach towels, Beach chairs, and Beach umbrella are included, along with a large-wheel buggy for taking all your toys, refreshments, and chairs to the beach.
