Elegantly decorated, large, 5 bedroom, 3 bath 2nd floor beach block condo that sleeps 12. It is just steps from the boardwalk and beautiful beaches. It has a huge, open, modern kitchen with granite island, and a large living and dining area with vaulted ceilings. There is a large master suite with king size bed, fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and balcony. There are 2 rooms with queen beds, one with two twin beds, and one with two sets of bunk beds. Additionally, there are 3 full bathrooms and a full size washer and dryer. A deck off the front allows you to relax and enjoy the sunshine as it only shines in Ocean City!!!

Girls Weekend Getaway

There were 5 ladies in our group. The house was great! Beds were very comfortable for all. We lucked with weather. We enjoyed a beautiful stay going to the beach soaking up the sunshine and gorgeous skyline over the ocean. Very peaceful

Beautiful Home

This home was gorgeous! Well decorated and furnished beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were good sizes. Excellent location and reasonably priced. Just wish there had been an elevator! Carrying suitcases to the top floor for 10 people was tough!

Wonderful week in the OC

Perfect location. Close enough to everything. Short walk to the beach with lifeguarded beaches close by if you want them. The house was nice and clean and overall it was a wonderful stay.

Perfect for a big family

Our family included 6 adults and 5 children, and we all had a bed to sleep in and chair at mealtimes. That can be hard to find for such a big group! The location of the house is wonderful––a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, near CVS, Boyer's Market and Johnny B Goode's ice cream shop. We loved being able to take a quick trip back to house from the beach for lunch or a bathroom break. Keep in mind beach tags are still required at 17th Street, but the benefit is that's a guarded beach.

Love it everytime

Our second time here! Had a wonderful experience! No complaints and location is wonderful for families with small (or bigger) kids. Close enough to main attractions on board walk without having to be in the middle of it. Love that there are no stairs within the condo that little ones have to manage. Kevin is quick to respond and has a great place. Would stay a third time!

Got a Minute?

Got a minute? That is all the time it takes to get from Kevin’s property to the boardwalk! The proximity to the beach, boards, and downtown are all perfect. We had a family group of 12 people ranging in age from 65 to 11 and 16 months. The layout allowed us to keep the children far from the hub of activity. We enjoyed using the deck and appreciated the use of a garage. We would stay here again!

Kevin’s property is in a great location only 1 block off of the beach. 5 Bedrooms provide ample space for family to stay. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing Week

We loved it here! I was here with a few friends and we thought the place was great. There were enough rooms and bathrooms, the kitchen was easy to navigate and was well organized enough to find anything we needed. We had no problems checking in or out and had a great stay. :)

Great Location, Perfect for a Family!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location, especially with young kids. The beach is right around the corner, no need to cross any roads. Same for the boardwalk, just a walk from the house. The house was perfect size for 3 families (we had 6 adults, 3 kids). The rooms were good size. I’m glad I read other reviews to know to bring lines and towels. The only issue we had was the microwave didn’t work. Not a huge issue, but it hindered quick meals for the kids. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for a large house close to the beach/boardwalk.

Very comfortable condo very close to everything!

Kevin's condo is in a perfect location in Ocean City. The large open common space is perfect for family gatherings. Our family had a fantastic time in the area and it was made all the more special by staying in such a nice property! You're close to the beach, board walk, groceries, shopping and resturants and you almost walk to everything. we'd definitely return!
