This spacious 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath unit offers the perfect central location to enjoy your island vacation. The property is not entirely occupied yet, and the pool and surrounding area is quiet and private. It will feel like your own resort!
We recommend that guests rent a car while staying at this condo.
This property has a night time security guard.

-Air conditioning is metered separately and $150 of usage is complimentary with weekly rentals. Any power overages are charged at the current market rate + 12% Turks & Caicos Accommodation Tax.
