The second level is a cozy living area with gas fired stove, 40' LED TV ample games videos and seating for your group. Just off the living area is a Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops, Stove, Microwave, Frig and Dishwasher. The second level also has an all new full bath. The first level offers two bedrooms the first with a memory foam Queen bed and the second has 3 twins and yet another 40' LED TV. Mountain life

We had a great stay with our family. So convenient for young kids taking lessons for skiing. Adults enjoyed being able to ski the rest of the mountain. Comfortable rooms and plenty of bathrooms for each family group. Thanks!

Rented this for a short stay to visit family and view the eclipse. Spacious accommodations, enough room for everyone but each having their separate space. Check in and out process was seamless.

Best ski in ski out experience

My family of four stayed in this four level condo with another family of four. Terrific location right 50 feet from the lift. There was a well enough appointed kitchen. We all hing out in the living room together, and slept soundly on the 8 beds! Plenty of room for our four teenage kids. We would love to come back!

Terrific!

Spacious - plenty of room to spread out! Excellent view/light and oh-so-close to the lift! The VERY comfortable bed in the master bedroom was outfitted with a nice down comforter and plenty of pillows. My only issue was the bedraggled pantry items in the kitchen cabinet. I moved them to a basket on the counter because I needed the cabinet for our foodstuffs. No big biggie. Had I wanted to entertain, I couldn’t have asked for a better-equipped kitchen. Will most likely reserve for next year - IF Mike will have us!

Awesome location, great place!

We have stayed at this location multiple times and we are always eager to come back! The location is so convenient for our family to be able to take short breaks throughout the ski day. This last trip was super cold, so it was great to come in for a bit, warm up, and then head right back out. Super clean and everything is exactly as it is described. Will be coming back again!

Couple of issues that the host took care of for us otherwise location was perfect. We wish the 4th bedroom which is a loft was a bedroom with a closed door. Also both downstairs rooms need a queen bed to accommodate adults.

This multi-level condo was spacious and comfortable, with the chairlift right outside the window. Our kids loved it! Mike was a great host, responsive and easy to deal with. We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect spot for a long weekend of skiing with Friends!

We stayed in this condo for 4 days with my brother and his family - 3/4 adults and 4 teens and found the location and layout perfect for a large group who wanted to ski all day. One family took the 2 lower level rooms and one family took the upper 2. There was ple of privacy and This is the PERFECT location if anyone in the group is renting skis - the lodge is literally next door - maybe 50 yards away. The ticket window is even closer and while a few of us bought multi day tickets, it really wasn’t necessary because it was so easy to just do daily. Check in was simple and the condo provided all the basics in terms of cookware, salt, pepper, tin foil - basic staples etc…to make breakfast and lunch ourselves. Bedrooms were all set up with plenary of towels, clean sheets and extra blankets. Being able to leave our skis on the deck at night, be close enough to try to catch the first lift (very difficult - burke is hardcore !) and pop in for lunch or a snack during the day allowed us to get in the most runs. We are already trying our return trip in March 2024!

Perfection!

This was our sixth consecutive year in Burke for a ski weekend with a bunch of friends and this place was by far the best! Location was perfect for the kids who could sled and ski right out the back door. It was large enough to hold a large group for take out dinners too. The beds were comfortable and our party of 8 had plenty of room. We will book this place every year going forward. Mike was so easy and responds almost immediately with any questions. In the words of one of our 7 year old travelers “we have to book this same place next year and have the exact same experience!”

Plenty of space on three levels in this condo. Location is impossible to beat -- a 45 second walk/ski to the chair lift. Also very short walk to the Shelburne Base Lodge.

Ideal location right at lower lift- ski in/out was super convenient!

Condo layout was great for our weekend- teens had space of their own. Main living level worked well for party of our size - would be tight with any more guests than what we had. Parking was convenient/easy. Access to condo from parking convenient. Beds comfy, 2 of the 3 bthrooms must have had fairly recent upgrades. Lots of hot water for showers, good water pressure too! We loved the condo will recommend to friends.
