The space
Guests are welcome to the entire house, front and backyard. There is a private enclosed room with a hot tub behind the house. There is also a recreational room with a pool table and ping pong table. The backyard includes a BBQ grill as well as a fire pit.

Guests are politely asked to be responsible when using those areas and to please read and follow all house rules. Guests are also asked to keep an eye on children and not allow them to use the hot tub or pool table rooms without adult supervision.

Ideally the property is set up for 2 couples or 2 couples and some kids. There are 2 couches that fold out into beds. The bunk bed is in the laundry room that has its own door. The property will sleep up to 8 people. The garage is the only area not available to guests. I live in a loft that is attached to the back of the garage. It has its own entrance on the side of the shop. I will occasionally be at the property but only in the garage when guests are present. I also have a job that keeps me away for days at a time. The house is usually vacant unless a guest is there.
